Mechanical MEP Engineer [Al Futtaim]

Al Futtaim Engineering is seeking experienced Mechanical Site Engineers to lead MEP execution on large commercial projects. You will oversee HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting installations from the basement plant room to the roof.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage the daily site activities of mechanical subcontractors, ensuring all pipe and duct installations follow the approved shop drawings.
• Conduct hydro-testing on chilled water lines and coordinate air balancing for all AHUs and FCUs.
• Raise official Inspection Requests (IRs) and walk the site with the main consultant to get the work approved.
• Ensure all mechanical installations comply strictly with Dubai Municipality and Civil Defence safety codes.

Mandatory Requirements

• Qualifications: Fully attested Mechanical Engineering Degree and an active Society of Engineers (SOE) card.
