We are looking for safety-conscious Mechanical Maintainers to support maintenance operations at Dampier. This is a residential role only (no FIFO) on an initial 6-month contract .
- Perform preventative, corrective, planned, and breakdown maintenance on fixed plant equipment
- Maintain and repair equipment including conveyors, balanced machines, and car dumpers
- Conduct routine inspections of plant assets
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety and reduce risk and cost
- Use SAP to record, assign, and complete maintenance tasks
- Isolate equipment for maintenance and operational work
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Mechanical trade qualification (Engineering/Fitting/Fabrication)
