A well-established mechanical contractor with a strong reputation in the Lower Mainland, known for doing things the right way on commercial and institutional tenant improvement (TI) projects. This team prioritizes quality, coordination, and long-term relationships over shortcuts, conflict, or “margin-first” behavior.
About the Opportunity
This is the highest-priority hire for the client: a ticketed Field Lead / Mechanical Foreman who can run crews on commercial and institutional TI jobs. Foremen typically lead crews of 3–5 and carry 1–2 projects at a time, staying hands-on while driving install quality, pace, and coordination with site teams and other trades.
