Travelling contractors – Standard: PAYE: £28.10, UMBRELLA: £37.75; Nightshift: PAYE: £34.73, UMBRELLA: £46.52.
Responsibilities
- Machinery and plant installation
- Levelling and laser alignment of mechanical equipment
- Torque of equipment – tightening to a certain degree
- Working to tight tolerance with equipment
- Dimensional controls of equipment (e.g., laser measuring devices)
- Drilling and tapping of holes
- Marking off
- Jig fabrication
- Working with hydraulics
