Our client is a National engineering group, with a primary focus on the maintenance, repair and refurbishment of marine vessels.
Duties:
▪ Carrying out general mechanical maintenance/repairs throughout a range of engineering disciplines.
- Operate power tools and various other specialised equipment.
- Operate lathes/milling machines and various other standard workshop machinery.
- Ensure all information is captured whilst removing or dismantling mechanical plant
- equipment.
- Follow user manuals and directions for technical requirements whilst assembling and or dismantling components and machinery.
- Remain current with modern technologies and equipment.
- Recommend improvements to current procedures &/or systems.
You will have
