Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on working Millwright Supervisor to lead maintenance and mechanical projects in a fast‑paced industrial environment. The successful candidate will work alongside the crew, provide technical leadership, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Report to, and work alongside the Field Services Manager to plan and execute on‑site work
• Lead and supervise on‑site millwright, welding, and machining jobs during shutdowns and projects
• Help coordinate daily work activities, manpower, material, and equipment
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with OHSA, company, and site‑specific standards
• Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, crushers, rotating equipment, hoists, and industrial machinery
