Position Summary
The Product Design Engineer creates 3D models and bill of materials (BOMS) for projects with minimal supervision from a Design Engineering Supervisor or Advanced Lead Engineer.
Responsibilities- Provide engineering support to manufacturing during production and testing.
- Work with minimal direction of Supervisor or Lead Advanced Engineer.
- Complete general design tasks independently according to Supervisor program plan.
- Work on projects of modeled scope and complexity.
- Identify possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and take action to resolve.
- Apply judgment within defined parameters.
- Participate in group discussions and Web meetings regarding projects.
- University degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or other engineering disciplines.
