Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom automated machinery, robotic cells, assembly systems, conveyors, and material handling equipment.
• Create detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) using CAD software.
• Collaborate with controls, electrical, software, manufacturing, and project management teams throughout all project phases.
• Develop machine concepts, layouts, and mechanical designs based on customer requirements and manufacturing processes.
• Perform engineering calculations, component selection, tolerance analysis, and risk assessments.
• Support prototype development, machine builds, testing, commissioning, and installation activities.
