Mechanical Engineer ( STP, Storm Water, Microtunneling)

Job Summary

The Mechanical Engineer will operate under the direction of the Resident Engineer and the Project Manager contributing to the supervision team on major infrastructure projects with a specific focus on Sewage Treatment Plants (STP). The role involves overseeing the construction installation testing and commissioning of mechanical systems related to STP and associated infrastructure works.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all mechanical works related to stormwater networks, pumping stations and associated facilities.
• Review and approve contractors' mechanical shop drawings, material submittals and method statements ensuring alignment with design intent and project specifications.
• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures applicable to mechanical installations including inspection and test plans (ITPs) and commissioning protocols.
