Roles & Responsibilities
- Project execution of Repeat Order machine systems.
- Optimize design of existing Mechanical Assemblies (i.e. improve performance, reduce costing, minimize overall inventory).
- Assist in Concept development for new machine systems.
- Generation of Bill on Materials.
- 3D CAD Modelling, and 2D Drawing detailing. Communication with vendors during fabrication process.
- Assembly and setup of prototype machine according to Design Intent.
- Project coordination with various departments/Engineering disciplines (i.e. Program Management, Procurement, Electrical, Application, Software, Manufacturing, Field Service).
- Technical documentation of work done (i.e. Work Instructions, Design Intents, Component sizing calculations).
- Understanding specifications/requirements from customers.
