Join Polar Engineering as a Mechanical Engineer to drive green energy projects across British Columbia. This position supports critical decarbonization and energy recovery initiatives.
Work within the Net Zero and Grants Division alongside Steffen Trangeled and help implement strategies that lead to reduced greenhouse gas emissions. You will be an integral part of a team known for innovative engineering solutions that cater to environmental sustainability in real time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct feasibility assessments and energy audits
• Collect field data to identify decarbonization potential
• Build energy and emissions models via spreadsheets
• Create CAD drawings for system schematics
• Analyze system performance through engineering calculations
Requirements:
• Requires a 2+ year technical degree
• Proficiency in spreadsheet energy modeling
• At least 1 year experience in British Columbia
