Mechanical Engineer - Receiving Authority (RA)

Responsibilities

Perform duties as a Receiving Authority (RA) Job Performer in accordance with site procedures and safety requirements. Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and contractor teams to ensure safe execution of work activities. Review work permits, risk assessments, and method statements. Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with HSE standards. Support mechanical maintenance, inspection, and project‑related activities. Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports. Assist in planning and execution of shutdown and maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of Gulf site experience.
• Experience working in heavy industrial environments, e.g., aluminium, steel, oil & gas, power plants, manufacturing, etc.
