Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Registered as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng) with your local provincial engineering association, and willing to become a member in other provinces
PMP designation or CAPM certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hiring
Minimum 10 years’ of relevant experience in Engineering consulting with progressive responsibilities. Strong knowledge of project management and controls practices is required
Strong business acumen and client facing skills. Demonstrable experience building and maintaining long‑term relationships with clients (i.e. understanding client objectives, anticipating and meeting client needs, and growing our business)
Excellent leadership, communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills
