Mechanical Engineer

Overview

Hexagon Autonomous Solutions is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to lead the mechanical design and environmental validation of ruggedized enclosures and mounting systems for smart antennas, radar/lidar/camera modules, and high‑performance compute platforms. Your work will ensure these systems operate reliably in harsh automotive and industrial environments.

Hexagon is a global company with offices around the world. This position can be located in Calgary, AB.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical Design – design enclosures and mounts for sensors and compute units with IP67+ sealing and thermal management.
• Develop 3D CAD models and detailed drawings using tools like SolidWorks or Creo.
• Optimize designs for manufacturability, serviceability, and cost.
