This full-time role is part of e-Zinc's Product Development team, requiring expertise in mechanical design and experience in energy storage. Your contributions will include leading battery systems design, developing 3D models, and conducting design validations to meet regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design of battery systems and enclosures
• Develop detailed 3D models and engineering schematics
• Execute tolerance stack-ups and FEA to validate designs
• Collaborate with teams for optimal component integration
• Oversee safety and compliance testing for regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Over 5 years of mechanical design experience
• Proficient in SolidWorks and simulation tools
• Strong expertise in DFM/DFA and materials selection
