Roles & Responsibilities
- Liaise and work with the consultants, clients and main contractors on the design, technical and compliance issues of ACMV systems
- Coordinate and manage workers, subcontractors, suppliers and vendors to ensure progress of ACMV work to meet the project timeline
- Supervise and ensure actual site works are in accordance to the approved drawings and specifications
- Execute site administration and workplace safety and health protocol
- Manage project cost and ensure completion of projects within budget
- Prepare correspondence reports, suggesting corrective actions or value added recommendations according to best practice when applicable,
- Keep and maintain daily work record, including documentation for variation orders for liaising with the clients and the subcontracts; and reporting to manager
