About the OpportunityWe are partnering with a growing Minnesota manufacturer of custom engine exhaust systems for critical environments.
Their company employs 130 people, up from 25 three years ago, is privately held, profitable, and recently added a second facility to support continued growth.As the business scales and adds new product lines, the people who turn engineering intent into clean, buildable drawings are the ones who keep the floor moving.The RoleYou will prepare the detailed working drawings and 3D models that tell the manufacturing floor exactly what to build.
You translate engineering concepts into accurate models, structure assemblies so they mirror how the product is actually made, and stay close enough to production to catch problems before they reach the floor.
