Mechanical Design Engineer — Semiconductor Tooling

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer specializing in Semiconductor Tooling Design. The role requires designing and developing semiconductor tools, planning, and scheduling projects, and preparing detailed 3D & 2D drawings.

The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of design experience in semiconductor tooling. Proficiency in CAD software is a must. Additional experience with thermal modeling and high-speed systems is advantageous.
