Job Summary
In this role, you will supervise a team of mechanical personnel, estimate project staffing needs, schedule and assign work, prepare discipline estimates and work plans, and review and approve mechanical investigations and studies. Your leadership will drive high‑quality work plans, successful implementation of mechanical components, team support and training, and overall project performance.
Major Responsibilities
- Planning, developing, directing, and participating in the day‑to‑day mechanical engineering activity on medium‑to‑large complex projects that require substantial mechanical engineering effort or multiple smaller projects within a global business unit, using relevant Engineering Department Procedures, design standards, guides, and Bechtel Standard Application Programs.
