Key Responsibilities
- Prepare HVAC ducting, piping, drainage, and plumbing drawings
- Develop coordinated MEP drawings and resolve clashes with other disciplines
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical submittals
- Incorporate design changes, RFIs, and site instructions
- Ensure compliance with local authority and project standards
- Maintain drawing revisions, documentation, and timely submissions
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Drafting
- 3–5 years of experience as an MEP Mechanical Drafter
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit MEP knowledge is an advantage
- Strong experience in HVAC, plumbing, water supply, and drainage systems
- Experience in construction, fit‑out, or contractor environments
- Strong coordination and communication skills
