The Role

Are you a precision‑driven Engineer with a strong mechanical background and a can‑do attitude toward building maintenance? We are seeking a Mechanical‑Biased Multi‑Skilled Engineer to join the onsite team at a high‑end, flagship commercial head office in the heart of Zone 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive repairs on HVAC systems, pumps, motors, seals, pressurized systems, and AHUs/FCUs.
• Assist with minor electrical tasks (lamp changes, ballast resets) and general building fabric repairs as required.
• Regularly monitor BMS (Building Management Systems) to ensure optimal climate control and energy efficiency.
