Job Summary
The Technical Artisan is responsible for all civil, electrical or mechanical related systems of the facility, including maintenance, repair and installation of equipment, devices and appliances.
Key Responsibilities
Facility Maintenance
- Perform repair, maintenance and installation of electrical machinery and equipment, devices and appliances.
- Execute tasks as stipulated in “Equipment Type Skills Assessment TGL v1.1”.
- Ensure installation and basic maintenance of facility equipment and basic/industrial household appliances.
- Maintain plant and machinery per servicing schedules or as requested by Supervisor/Manager.
- Conduct inspection, fault finding and problem resolution of devices, equipment and appliances.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance according to company policy and schedules.
- Conduct safety inspections on all portable electrical equipment as per specifications.
