Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, routine maintenance and minor repairs of mechanical equipment, including hangar doors, overhead doors, fire doors, etc.
• Install, dismantle, repair and reassemble machinery using welding equipment and hand and power tools.
• Conduct building inspections to ensure compliance with building code standards.
• Work safely in accordance with industry standards while performing various facilities‑related tasks.
• Work independently or as part of a team, under pressure and in shift rotations, including weekends and on‑call shifts.
• Be punctual and reliable to support the overall success of the team in a fast‑paced environment.
