Job Purpose
Mechanic - Docking is responsible to assist Aircraft Technicians and Licensed Aircraft Engineers with the maintenance of Emirates and third-party aircraft, ensuring compliance with GCAA regulations within Docking station.
In This Role You Will
- Assist senior staff in activities such as aircraft fuel handling, wheels & breaks servicing, nitrogen recharging, engine servicing etc. as required, in order to provide essential support for the department operational activities.
- Carry out basic support servicing and/or component replacements of EK and third-party aircraft as instructed and supervised by the Licensed Engineers.
- Inspect all equipment before use to ensure that they are fully operational and inform Supervisor on duty of any faults to the workshop for the faults to be repaired.
- Ensure tools, equipment and systems (including Ultramain) are well maintained in the relevant workplace.
