Purpose

The Meat, Seafood, Poultry Packer provides essential support to the production team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The role is responsible for meeting production requirements by packaging proteins to customer requirements and providing overall support to operations functions.

Responsibilities

• Assembly and packaging of products within specification standards while maximizing yields and minimizing loss.
• Assemble, disassemble, and operate specialized processing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with production start up operations as required.
• Complete end of shift activities, including table clean down, product handling, WIP documentation, and line shutdown procedures.
• Maintain efficiency standards and complete all required production, yield, and traceability documentation.
