- Complies to cGMP standards at all times.
- Checks completeness or availability and quality of materials required for Production, request for them if necessary and reports to Team Leader any perceived problem/abnormality.
- Cutting, weighing and packing meat products according to company guidelines.
- Records critical process control data in the processing of sections products and sees to it that all specifications are complied with.
- Makes sure that all standard operating procedures are followed.
- Ensures that all orders are complete and accurately documented.
- Ensures that the correct code and label are used in the product.
- Ensures that all equipment are properly turned off at the end of the shift.
- Maintains cleanliness on the area at the end of the shift
- Experience in preparing meat and fish
- Experience in using cutting tools and cookware
- Basic Mathematical Skills
