As a Meat Clerk, you will be responsible for various dutiesinclude the cleaning and organization of the department, preppingingredients for our many in-house products, and wrapping and rotating stock forour displays. Our Chop Shop Meat Market offers a high-quality selection oflocally sourced fresh and cured meats and delicious value-added items madein-house using the freshest ingredients from our store. If you are interestedin learning the meat-cutting trade, this position is an invaluable opportunityto work alongside our certified butchers.
- Ensure that product quality, freshness, andpresentation meet our high standards.
- Follow all workplace and food safety policies andprocedures.
