Measurement Lead, Performance Measurement (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
• Experience working with digital organizations.
• Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications

• Deep expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads Conversion Measurement and Attribution models.
• Understanding of Tagging solutions, including gTag, Google Tag Manager and third‑party TMS.
