MEA Training & Development Lead

MENARINI Group in the MEA region seeks a Training Manager to develop, facilitate and supervise training programs across Medical, HR, Compliance and other functions, coordinating with regional leaders to align learning with business goals and ensure effectiveness.

You will manage the Learning Management System, organize initial training for Medical Representatives, oversee field visits, budgets and reporting, and drive modern methods and KPIs to improve performance and regulatory compliance.
