Responsibilities
- Industrialisation: manufacturing structure and process; assurance of aircraft configuration and change management; work with associated documentation (work orders, technical instructions, job cards…)
- Develop and update documentation, WO´s and technical instructions according to the ME standard.
- Technical solutions, improvement proposal and implementation.
- Product configuration management.
- Concurrence with DO.
- IRM/MRB (defects reports, technical issues, workshop sustaining, customer support).
- Support the multi‑functional team for problem solving and improvement process.
- Provide shop‑floor sustaining to solve issues during manufacturing processes.
- One single flow.
- Manufacturing feedback (KAIZEN, Practical Problem Solving).
