Scope of Work - MEP Technical Engineer

1. Tender Documentation Review

• . Study and interpret tender drawings, specifications, and conditions of contract.
• . Identify discrepancies, missing information, and technical risks in tender documents.
• . Prepare technical queries (TQ) for consultants/clients during tender stage.

2. Quantity Take-Off & Cost Support

• . Carry out specification/ contract breakdown cost check for MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, etc.).
• . Support the tender/estimation team in preparing cost estimates, BOQ breakdowns, and pricing (If required)
• . Review subcontractor/vendor quotations for technical compliance.

3. Technical Submissions & Proposals

• . Assist in preparing tender technical submissions, method statements, and compliance matrices.
