- Monitor and report on the progress of work to project manager;
- Control the progress of RFA, RFI, Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions and Equipment/Material Procurement/Fabrication/Delivery Status for on‑time completion.
- Coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants, and subcontractors on all technical matters, including submission of method statement, drawings, materials, samples and work progress;
- Control site progress & installation quality as per approved Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions and Equipment/Material Procurement/Fabrication/Delivery Schedule for on‑time completion.
- Carry out inspection of MEP works prior to concreting or subsequent construction works;
- Assist in supervising and coordinating MEP services work closely with other departments;
