Job Descriptions:
- To supervise & coordinate M&E work on site.
- Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
- Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings for
- Electrical, ACMV, Plumbing, Sanitary & Fire protection etc.
- Ensure contractor comply with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.
- Arrange and facilitate RE/RTO inspections.
- To liaise with authorities for the commission of work.
- Attend site meeting as and when required.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned.
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering recognised by Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB) or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of working experience in local construction industry.
- Required Skill(s): Autocad, Microsoft Office.
