Key Responsibilities
- Review and understand contract requirements for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works, ensuring all designs comply with specifications and relevant guidelines.
- Coordinate M&E activities on-site and liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure works are carried out according to contract specifications, drawings, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain M&E work programs and submission schedules.
- Plan and prepare all necessary drawings to meet submission deadlines.
- Produce detailed drawings and combined services plans based on design sketches.
- Supervise, monitor, and inspect all M&E works to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met.
- Provide support for inspections and arrange all required authority and site inspections.
