M&E Coordinator
- Manage M&E subcontractors work progress to meet the project schedule.
- Ensure M&E subcontractor's work is executed in accordance with specifications.
- Attend site meetings with consultants.
- Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with consultants and sub-contractors to resolve technical/site issues, identify discrepancies between M&E, Structural, Architectural, Interior Design and Client's provisions.
- Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings.
- Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical/site problems pertaining to M&E works.
- Supervise the progress of M&E works on site.
- Coordinate sub-contractor's M&E work and ensure the work is on schedule.
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as M&E Coordinator in a construction related field.
