M&E Coordinator (mixed use development)

The M&E Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all mechanical and electrical aspects of construction on facilities projects. This includes planning, installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities. The role ensures M&E works are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

• Coordinate all M&E services on construction or refurbishment projects.
• Review and interpret M&E design drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Liaise with design consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure M&E requirements are integrated into project plans.
• Monitor progress of M&E installation works and ensure timely completion.
