An exciting opportunity for an organised, dynamic individual within the Specialist Children’s Services Multi‑Disciplinary Team (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Dietetics, Community Nursing & Community Paediatrics) in a job share arrangement.

The successful post holder can be based at The Peacock Centre (Cambridge) or The Oak Tree Centre (Huntingdon) and will be required to travel between locations to support the role and build relationships.

This role is crucial in coordinating clinical care for children and young people with complex needs and facilitating coordinated support between professionals in health and other sectors, such as schools and the local authority, whilst establishing relationships with families.
