Reporting to the Director of Care, you will oversee RAI MDS processes and provide necessary training and support to the interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities: • Achieve high scores on Relias assessments • Lead and mentor the interdisciplinary team • Schedule MDS assessments for all residents • Review RAI submissions to minimize errors • Analyze clinical data to improve care quality
