MDL Administrator – Master Deliverable Log (Rail) Abu Dhabi, UAE

The MDL Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and controlling the Master Deliverable Log , ensuring that all project deliverables are properly tracked, updated, and aligned with project schedules and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Master Deliverable Log for all project deliverables.
• Track submission, review, approval, and revision status across multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, consultants, and document control teams to ensure timely submissions.
• Align deliverables with the project schedule, milestones, and contractual requirements.
• Generate periodic reports on deliverable status, delays, overdue items, and compliance.
• Ensure consistency of document numbering, metadata, status codes, and version control.
