This is a senior leadership mandate reporting to executive leadership, with full accountability for investment strategy, deal origination, stakeholder relationships, and team development across international and domestic renewable energy markets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and scale the global renewable energy investment platform
- Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with growth objectives
- Originate and execute complex transactions from deal close through exit
- Negotiate commercial, financing, and acquisition agreement
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, banks, PE firms, and tax equity provider
