Role Overview

As an Assembly & Test Operations Excellence Staff Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will support the Operations Excellence team to define initiatives that drive productivity, cost, and quality improvements across AT network sites. You will leverage Lean 6-Sigma, Factory Physics, and Theory of Constraint to identify opportunities, design sustainable solutions, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement best‑in‑class operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop a centralized platform/governance and roadmap for operational excellence (labour, machine, metrics/measurements, methodology, material/WIP).
• Structure and detail the priorities of operational excellence initiatives.
• Design and deliver Lean Manufacturing/Operations Excellence training to improve maturity of a Lean/Continuous improvement culture.
