**We are looking for someone to join our Mentoring & Coaching Hub at Doctors Without Borders/MSF Norway as a temporary Admin and Learning Event Support. Expected Contract: November 11, 2024, to September 26, 2025.**
The focus of the MCHub (Mentoring & Coaching Hub) is to provide mentoring, coaching, and organizational development as generators of systemic as well as individual transformation. The MCHub Admin and Learning Event Support has the following responsibilities:
- Organization and coordination of the various MCHub learning events.
- Manage specific projects, based on needs and demands from MSF Global workforce.
- Support evaluation concerning MCHub’s mentoring and coaching activities.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Plan, promote, and organize the delivery of the MCHub’s intersectional learning events (Mentoring Workshops, Coaching Skills Workshops, and Coaching Education).
