ABOUT THE ROLE
Join Qube as a Chip Truck Driver and play a vital role in transporting wood chips from infield chipping sites to the Port of Portland. You’ll ensure safe, efficient deliveries while maintaining compliance with all safety and heavy vehicle guidelines to keep our operations running smoothly.
Specific Responsibilities
- Collect woodchip infield and deliver to the Port of Portland
- Complete all necessary associated documentation
- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of deficiencies in the delivery of product
- Take good care of vehicles / plant under your care
- Ensure compliance with all safety, fatigue, National Heavy Vehicle Regulations and company guidelines
Qualifications and Experience
- Current Heavy Vehicle Driver’s License (MC or HC with the ability to upgrade to MC)
