MBIST ATE Test Program Lead for SoC

Advanced Micro Devices (Singapore) Pte Ltd is looking for a motivated ATE Test Manager to lead Memory Built-In Self-Test (MBIST) development for their SoC products. You will oversee test program strategy from pre-silicon to high-volume manufacturing, requiring strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the semiconductor industry, technical leadership, and proficiency in DFT and ATE methodologies. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
