At Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on Earth. To get there, we are looking for Amazon's next generation of General Managers and Regional Directors to join the Pathways Leadership Development Program in Amazon Operations.

This position is for an 8-12 week Internship to be conducted during the Summer of 2026 (Jun-Sep 2026), onsite at one of our Fulfillment Centers/Delivery Stations located all around Japan.
*Minimum 12 weeks Internship is required for all International hires (who require JP VISA Support)*
