This job leads and supervises the safety & quality work for Union workers on service track, road, and yard locomotive attention, ensuring the daily and scheduled inspection duties are completed in accordance with Company workscopes, FRA/SCT/AAR/Other Government Authorities regulations, OEM specifications, and coordination with Transportation MLU & CCO for consist preparation for train assignments in accordance with the TSP.

Accountabilities

• Supervises Unionized craftsmen in the execution of locomotive daily inspections, 92‑day scheduled inspections, minor repairs, service interruption attention, and documentation of inspection formats, ensuring daily operation and security conditions.
• Manages the Daily Inspection Center/Service track personnel, equipment, tools, and installations.
