Maximo Solution Architect

OverviewThe Maximo Solution Architect is a senior, hands‑on functional leader responsible for shaping the functional solution design, implementation, and long‑term sustainment of ENMAX’s enterprise Maximo platform. Working across ENMAX Energy, Power, and Corporate teams, you will translate complex operational needs into scalable, integrated solutions that strengthen business processes, improve operational effectiveness, and support enterprise outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesArchitect, design, develop, implement, and sustain Maximo solutions that support complex business requirements.
Develop, review, and maintain functional and non‑functional design documentation and architectural artifacts.
Lead and facilitate workshops to elicit requirements, align process designs, and support testing strategies, user acceptance, training, and communication plans.
Provide guidance to Maximo technical and delivery teams, and to other IT teams and partners involved in supporting Maximo.
