Maximo Asset Management Specialist

The Maximo Specialist is responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting IBM Maximo solutions for asset-intensive organisations. The role focuses on enabling efficient, compliant, and scalable asset and facilities lifecycle management across work management, preventive maintenance, asset performance, inventory, service delivery, and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement IBM Maximo solutions across asset management, work management, preventive maintenance, service management, inventory, and facilities management processes.
• Lead requirements discovery and translate business needs into Maximo configuration, including workflows, asset hierarchies, job plans, maintenance strategies, roles, security, and operational controls.
