Role Overview
As a tutor, you'll play a key role in every child's learning journey by delivering lessons that last, building meaningful relationships, and driving academic progress.
- Deliver tailored sessions using Compass, facilitating learning through questioning, scaffolding and stretching.
- Build relationships with each child, creating a safe, inspiring environment and fostering a lifelong love of learning.
