Maternity Leave Program Coordinator Role

Drive workforce inclusivity as a Maternity Leave Program Coordinator for the YES Workability Project. This fixed-term role is geared towards enhancing employer engagement with mental health initiatives.
As a Program Coordinator, you will report to the Senior Project Manager while overseeing valuable project activities over a 12-month period. Your role includes facilitating outreach to employers, organizing hiring fairs, and developing committee structures focused on best practices for mental health disabilities. This includes effective collaboration across British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritimes.
